After a few years of wanting to buy a MG Midget (Pre-1972), I have changed my mind...my priorities have shifted to Austin-Healey Sprite Mk I (Frogeye/Bugeye in US). It is the predecessor of Austin-Healey Mk III, which was the same as Midget that I wanted (with a different badge).Reason: Quite simply, I find the form even more fascinating with the headlights mounted on the bonnet, the smiley grill and the dash colour-matched with the interiors.
Implications: I will have to wait longer to save to buy one.
